I came down one summer to get in shape, but your mothers cooking denied me weight loss. She could cook.

I have marveled at the love you two have given your mother. She was blessed with her daughters. We will miss her.

My deepest sympathy on the loss of your mother. I have many fond memories of Aunt Dee and Grandma chatting in the kitchen while making cookies. I wish Uncle Fred and Aunt Dee eternal happiness together.
May your memories warm your hearts in this sad time.

I so enjoyed your Ma House welcoming all of our high school gang to your house and visits with her over the years. It is so hard to part with a mother and she was a good one. God bless her soul.

I remember throwing corn to the pigs in the pig yard, seeing about fifty little piglets and hearing the various noises from the animals. I remember throwing corn to the pigs in the pig yard, seeing about fifty little piglets and hearing the various noises from the animals. I remember a three foot diameter kettle with boiling maple syrup north of the old farmhouse near a big tree. Also, I remember going up the big hill on the far south side of the farm to pick blackberries. While there, I shot a slingshot into a beehive and got attacked by the bees! Your loving mother took care of my many bee bites!! I so appreciate these fond times I spent with your mother and dad.
Your mom and dad were one of very few relatives who stopped and spent the night with us here in Indiana - it was a great visit!

Not sure you remember me, but I used to babysit for you girls, many yrs. ago. Our folks were friends for many years too. I am so sorry your Mom has passed away, but looks like she had a long life too. some comfort in knowing that too.
